Product subscriptions

  • Subscription products are billed annually at $80 per year for HDD Clinic and HDD Store.
  • Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are reviewed if the account is not activated or used.

Support ticket

  • The $10 support ticket is valid for one remote session.
  • Unused tickets are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase.

Custom services

  • Custom software, websites, and server services are typically non-refundable once work begins.
  • If a project is cancelled before work starts, payments may be refunded minus processing costs.

Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.
