  • Ensure you have the right to share any data or materials given to us.

Payments

  • Pricing is provided per project or per service request.
  • Future online payments may be processed through third-party providers.

Intellectual property

  • Custom work is licensed or transferred as agreed in the project scope.
  • We retain rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how.

Support and maintenance

  • Support terms are defined per project or product subscription.
  • Remote support may use tools like RustDesk with your permission.

Limitations of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice.
  • Completed work and approved milestones remain payable.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq.
